My name is Yesenia Zapata, and I am the Founder and Owner of Miracle Home Solutions.
I founded this company in 2010 after spending more than 12 years in the hospitality industry, where I learned what true service, attention to detail, and consistency really mean. Miracle Home Solutions began — and still operates — as a family-owned business, co-founded with my mother, who continues to be an integral part of our operations today.
From the very beginning, my goal was simple: to transform homes and make a genuine impact in the lives of families. In this line of work, you quickly realize that you’re not “just” a housekeeper — you become a trusted part of your clients’ lives. Many of our clients feel like family, and that connection is what drives us every day.
Our Story
I was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, and came to the United States when I was 12 years old. I grew up and graduated high school here in Phoenix, Arizona, and began working shortly after to help support my single mother.
My career began in hospitality at the Hilton Hotel in North Scottsdale, where I started as a breakfast attendant and worked my way up to Housekeeping Supervisor. I spent 11 years managing that department and its incredible team, learning firsthand the value of leadership, integrity, and detail-driven excellence.
After more than a decade in the industry — and after starting my own family — I knew it was time for a change. I wanted flexibility, freedom, and a career that allowed me to be fully present for my family while still creating value in others’ lives.
So, in 2010, Miracle Home Solutions was born. Like any new business, the beginning was challenging — but with hard work, dedication, and faith, we grew through word-of-mouth referrals and the trust of amazing clients who shared our values.
