Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Miracle Home Solutions, we value our clients’ time, and ours. To ensure the highest level of service for every household we care for, we maintain the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

1. Notice Window

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment 24–48 hours in advance with no charge. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients efficiently.

 

2. Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service rate, as our cleaning team has already been reserved exclusively for you.

 

3. Missed Appointments

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or is turned away at the door, this will be considered a same-day cancellation and charged at the full rate. 

Deposit Policy: 

1. Deposit Requirement

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service balance on the day of cleaning.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are fully refundable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the full deposit amount.

 

Redo Policy:

  Re-Cleaning & Satisfaction Policy

 

At Miracle Home Solutions, client satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every clean we deliver and take pride in exceeding expectations.

 

1. Quality Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the specific area(s) in question — at no additional cost.

 

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a complimentary re-clean:

The concern must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

The home must be in the same condition as when the cleaning was completed (i.e., no additional mess, use, or guest activity).

Re-clean requests must be limited to the areas originally serviced.

 

3. Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring your home reflects the Miracle standard — polished, refreshed, and perfectly maintained. If we miss the mark, we make it right.
